Laws Of Sides
1. Horde and Alliance may have separate rules but both must follow the servers laws,
2. Griefing, griefing is not tolerated at all griefing includes but is not limited to firelighters, Lava, Water, Unwanted blocks, Breaking blocks. Yes Horde
and Alliance are going to fight but destroying buildings inside of a town is still griefing.
3. Theft. Theft is taken extremely seriously if you steal another’s items then you will be punished with up to tier three.
4. Disrespect. If you are disrespectful you will be punished with tier 0 and possibly tier 1.
5. Dethrone. Once someone is elected to office you may not try to overthrow this will result with up to tier 3 or alternate punishment put in by your race.
Crimes- Crimes can range from minor tier one with no fine to offensive tier 3. Once you are charged for a crime you will be held on trial the trial will take a maximum of 10 minutes where you will be allowed to plead and then you will be sentenced you may also be placed on perm ban without a trial. If you agree to time for the trial and you miss it you will have until the next day to post on the forums with a reason and when you will be able to get on. Crimes of tier three are very easy to commit the misuse of the firelighter or the accidental destruction of your neighbors front door. We will currently not be putting crimes to tiers because what may be considered griefing may receive a tier one charge but theft of items may be considered tier three.
Punishments
Tiers represent the punishment level of the crime.
Removal-House and all buildings removed.
Fine- If you cannot pay off fine you will be put in debt.
Jailing- You will be sent to an in game jail.
Probation- If a crime is committed while on probation the punishment will be moved up 1 tier if already on tier three you will be sentenced to perm ban.

Minor Jailing 5-10 minutes
Moderate Jailing,Fine 10-20 minutes 5,000 Gems
Disruptive Jailing,Fine 30-45 minutes 7,000 Gems
Offensive Probation, Jailing,Fine 2 weeks, 1 hour 10,000 Gems
Tier two
Minor Probation,Jailing,Fine 4 weeks,24 hours,20K Gems
Moderate Probation, Removal, Fine 4 weeks.25K Gems
Disruptive Ban, Fine, Removal 2 days, 45K Gems
Offensive Ban.Fine Removal 10 days,100k Gems,
Tier three
Minor Ban,Fine 15 days, 200K Gems
Moderate Ban,Fine 20 days,200K Gems
